When contacting us
For a payment issue, include the payment or order ID, amount, date, and the email or phone used at checkout. Never send a card number, CVV, PIN, password, or OTP. For project corrections or takedowns, include the project name, RERA number, disputed statement, and supporting source.
Grievance and privacy requests
Use the support email with the subject “Grievance” or “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal data.
