1. Who controls your data
Outseen, operating as Outseen Property, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact details appear on our Contact page.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, project and developer details, RERA numbers, authority confirmations, buyer preferences, enquiry consent, and support messages. We receive Razorpay payment IDs, order IDs, amounts, status, and limited gateway metadata. We also use an approximate city supplied by our hosting provider, a city-preference cookie, timestamps, IP-derived rate-limit identifiers, device/browser information, referrals, and security events. We do not request precise GPS location.
3. How we use information
We use information to verify advertisers and projects, operate sponsored boards, process and reconcile payments, send a buyer’s enquiry to the one selected project, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, maintain records, improve the service, and comply with law.
4. Enquiry consent
Buyer contact details are shared only with the developer or authorized representative identified on the enquiry form. We record the consent wording, version, and time. Outseen does not sell an enquiry or forward it to competing projects. You may withdraw consent for future processing by contacting us, subject to records we must retain.
5. Payments and service providers
Payment credentials are collected and processed by Razorpay; Outseen does not store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or OTPs. Buyer enquiries are delivered through Resend only to the verified contact for the selected project. We may share necessary data with hosting, database, communications, verification, professional-advisory, fraud-prevention, and payment providers under appropriate safeguards, or with authorities when legally required.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use access controls, row-level database security, signed payment webhooks, request limits, and transport security. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, and may raise a grievance. Contact ping.outseen@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information where law or a legitimate dispute requires it.
8. Children, links, and changes
Outseen’s paid advertiser service is for adults aged 18 or older. Project and RERA links lead to third-party sites with their own policies. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
