This policy explains how Outseen handles information from property representatives, buyers, visitors, and payment customers.

1. Who controls your data
Outseen, operating as Outseen Property, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact details appear on our Contact page.
2. Information we collect
We collect information advertisers submit, including names, WhatsApp numbers, project images, project and developer details, RERA numbers, authority confirmations, and support messages. We receive Razorpay payment IDs, order IDs, amounts, status, and limited gateway metadata. We also use an approximate city supplied by our hosting provider, a city-preference cookie, timestamps, IP-derived rate-limit identifiers, device/browser information, referrals, and security events. We do not request precise GPS location.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate project listings and sponsored boards, process and reconcile payments, open a direct WhatsApp conversation with the selected project, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, maintain records, improve the service, and comply with law.
4. Direct WhatsApp contact
Outseen does not ask buyers to submit an enquiry form. When a buyer chooses “Chat on WhatsApp,” the browser opens WhatsApp with the project representative’s submitted number and a prefilled introductory message. WhatsApp then processes the conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. Outseen records only the contact-button open count, not the conversation.
5. Payments and service providers
Payment credentials are collected and processed by Razorpay; Outseen does not store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or OTPs. We may share necessary data with hosting, database, WhatsApp, verification, professional-advisory, fraud-prevention, and payment providers under appropriate safeguards, or with authorities when legally required.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use access controls, row-level database security, signed payment webhooks, request limits, and transport security. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, and may raise a grievance. Contact ping.outseen@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information where law or a legitimate dispute requires it.
8. Children, links, and changes
Outseen’s paid advertiser service is for adults aged 18 or older. Project and RERA links lead to third-party sites with their own policies. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
