Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy
Outseen provides digital advertising placement only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods or property.

1. No physical shipping
No courier, shipping charge, delivery address, physical return, or cash on delivery applies to Outseen’s sponsored-placement service.
2. Instant listing eligibility
An authorized advertiser can create a listing and continue to sponsored placement after submitting the required project facts, RERA number, RERA record link and authority declaration. The listing is marked “RERA submitted” until an independent check, if performed, upgrades the badge to “RERA verified.”
3. Service activation
After an eligible project submits a Razorpay payment, placement begins only when the captured payment is confirmed server-side and the live city board accepts the additive bid. The project’s public card, sponsored label, paid amount, and rank constitute digital delivery. A checkout success screen alone is not proof of activation.
4. Timing and confirmation
Eligible confirmed payments are intended to activate promptly during an open board. Security review, provider delay, reconciliation, or a frozen board may delay activation. The payment confirmation and board state provide the applicable status.
5. Delivery problems
If payment is captured but the placement does not appear, do not pay again. Contact ping.outseen@gmail.com with the project name and payment/order ID. We will reconcile the payment or apply the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
