Outseen does not charge buyers to browse or submit a project-specific enquiry. Verified advertisers pay for time-bound sponsored visibility.

Advertiser pricing
Each city board displays its currency, minimum bid, closing time, and current sponsored amounts. The minimum top-up is ₹5,000. Every payment is a one-time additive bid for the active weekly board.
What the fee buys
The paid amount makes an eligible project active on the identified sponsored board and influences its rank for the remaining board period. Higher active bids rank above lower bids; reaching an equal amount earlier wins the tie. A bid does not purchase verification, organic recommendation, exclusive rank, a fixed number of impressions, enquiries, bookings, or sales.
Final charge
Razorpay Checkout shows the selected one-time bid, applicable taxes, and total amount before payment authorization. There is no buyer browsing fee and no recurring subscription unless a future checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Changes and refunds
Pricing changes do not retroactively alter a completed charge. Cancellation, service-failure, and refund eligibility are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
